Drinking less
Counting is the whole intervention. Most people are surprised by their own number in the first fortnight — not because it's high, but because they'd never actually added it up.
Habits! is a daily tracker for the habit you actually want to change — drinking, exercise, meditation, whatever yours is. One tap to log it. Nothing is ever sent to us.

Did it, or failed. That's the choice most habit apps give you, and it's why so many of them end up in the bin around week three — one missed day turns into a broken streak, and a broken streak turns into deleting the app.
Habits! has a third state. The grey band is for days you didn't log. It doesn't count against you, it doesn't break anything, and it doesn't disappear — because not knowing is also information. A run of grey days usually means something was going on.
You're not building a perfect record. You're building an honest one.
Three screens, and that's the whole app. Spending as little as one minute a day can lead to better life quality.
One tap on the plus. That's the entire interaction, and it's the reason people keep doing it.
Every day you logged, in order. Add a note to a day when there's something worth remembering about it.
Last week, last five weeks. This is where the band at the top of this page comes from — it's the app's own view of your data.
Counting is the whole intervention. Most people are surprised by their own number in the first fortnight — not because it's high, but because they'd never actually added it up.
"I exercise all the time — why don't I see results?" Note your training and check whether your perception and the facts are actually aligned.
Your entries stay on your device and own backup. We have no account, no sign-up, nothing sent to us. We couldn't read your data if we wanted to.
Not yet — Habits! is iPhone only at the moment. We're working on reaching a wider audience.
Yes. The basic version is completely free, with no hidden charges.
Your habit entries stay on your device, and sync to your own private iCloud if you have it switched on — we never receive them, and the app has no analytics, no crash reporting and no third-party code in it at all. That means one thing worth knowing up front: if you delete the app and don't use iCloud, your entries go with it, and we can't restore them. Our privacy policy sets out the detail.
No one can guarantee your results, and we won't pretend otherwise. We've seen it work for ourselves and there's good evidence that habits matter, but Habits! is a tracker — not medical advice, and not a substitute for professional help. If you're worried about your drinking or your health, talk to a doctor. Books like Atomic Habits are a good place to read more.
Not today. We'd like to offer extended services like coaching in future — if that would be valuable to you, tell us.
Email support@nordicdigitallabs.com. The app is free and we're a small team, so personal support is limited — but we do read everything.
